Congratulations to the Honorable Alderwoman Robin Rue Simmons & the Evanston City Council in their success in taking the "first bold steps towards acknowledging, addressing and repairing the damage done to generations of Evanston families by systemic racism and white supremacy,” said Mayor-Elect Daniel Biss. This needs to be commonplace in all our cities & states in America.
